Shipping policy

At Create State, our products are made to order rather than mass produced. We work with trusted print and fulfilment partners to create each piece especially for you, helping reduce waste and only make what's needed.

Processing and delivery times

Most physical orders take around 7-14 business days from the date of purchase to arrive, depending on the product and your location.

This timeframe includes:

• Production time
• Printing and fulfilment
• Shipping and delivery

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking details where available.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination and products ordered.

Multiple shipments

As some products are produced by different fulfilment partners, items within the same order may occasionally arrive separately. If this happens, don't worry – the remaining items are still on their way.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure orders arrive as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including postal carriers, customs processing and peak shipping periods.

If your order appears delayed, please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@createstate.au and we'll work with you to find a solution.
