Products

We offer both digital downloads and physical printed products.

Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase.

Physical products are made to order through our trusted print and fulfilment partners and shipped directly to you.

We reserve the right to update, modify or discontinue products at any time.

Order accuracy

Please ensure your order details, including your email address and shipping information, are correct at checkout. Delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect information provided at the time of purchase are the responsibility of the customer.

Intellectual property

All artwork, designs and content on this website are the property of Create State and are intended for personal use only.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute or share digital files or artwork

• Use artwork for commercial purposes without permission

• Modify, reproduce or reproduce products for resale

Product variations

We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to differences in screens, printers and materials.

As our products are made to order, minor variations between batches may occur.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Create State is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
